Rates for the Grand Bentley Lodge

The rate below is for 8 people. There are a few exceptions to the rates listed. Please make sure to review the rate rules below.

The following rate rules apply:

  • Rates shown are for 8-person occupancy. Additional adults are $25/person/day, children age 3-17 are $15/child/day. Children 2 and under are free.
  • Maximum overnight occupancy is 22 persons total.
  • Though visitors are not permitted during your stay, we are happy to accommodate special events. A $250 cleaning fee and charge of $10/person/day apply.
  • A weekend stay requires two nights at the weekend rate. A weekend stay is any stay that includes a Friday or Saturday night.
  • Weekend holidays require a minimum three night stay at the holiday rate. Holidays may include MLK Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thankgiving Eve/Day, Christmas Eve/Day, and New Year's Eve/Day.
  • A higher rate is charged for midweek nights during the holiday season, which may include the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's. Please check the availbility calendar for details.
  • A credit card is required to hold the reservation. Full amount is charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Cancellations more 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 100% refund, less a $100 cancellation charge. Cancellations made from 14 and 30 days prior to arrival result in a 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations made fewer than 14 days before arrival. No refunds for cancellations due to inclement weather.
  • Prices shown do not include 6% lodging tax.

The following rental policies apply:

  • Check-in is 3:00 pm or after. Check-out is by 11:00 am. Sorry, no exceptions.
  • Pets of any kind are STRICTLY PROHIBITED in the lodge or on the property.
  • Smoking is STRICTLY PROHIBITED inside the lodge. Smoking outside in designated areas is permitted. Please dispose of all smoking items in the designated containers.
  • Hunting, fishing, operation of ATVs, and the discharging of firearms are STRICTLY PROHIBITED on our property.
  • Cell phones have limited reception in the Hocking Hills. A land-line telephone is provided for your use. Excessive long-distance charges and calls to directory assistance (411) will be billed to the credit card on file.

We recommend you bring the following items with you:

  • Food, snacks, and beverages
  • Toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap
  • Charcoal and lighter fluid for outdoor grilling
  • Swimsuit and beach towels for hot tub (and nearby Lake Logan, weather permitting)
  • Camera and binoculars for preserving your vacation memories
  • Hiking boots or sturdy tennis shoes for exploring nearby caves and woods
  • Your favorite books, movies, or board games
